Hi, !
TL;DR
Babies are here! Meet Joy and Evy Ta. After having a challenging bout with Covid during labor and delivery, we're so thankful to be home. The girls are a month old now and Reagan has been able to nurse steadily!
David is on paternity leave till February 13th, 2023. We are continuing to fundraise and figure out California's paid family leave program. We may not get any funding at all due to being exempted from the status as a religious worker. Please pray that we will have wisdom on how to move forward. David is on a mini break from seminary to take care of the family and bond with the kiddos.
Refugee Outreach - We've celebrated one year with our old Syrian family! Our new Ukraine team is moving along smoothly. Fundraising training has been initiated, and we've helped the team raise about $14,738.98 so far. 74% of $20,0000 has been met! We're closer to resettling the family in early 2023. Praise God.
We currently have about 13% left of our support to raise for the 2022-2023 year ($1,068 per month). With rising inflation and our family growing, would you consider praying about a possible increase funding or help refer us to new potentially interested partners? We'd love to meet with them in person or on Zoom!

Hi Family,
Here's another short video highlighting snippets of our life and ministry with you all, but this time with a video not made by me, but our very own refugee friend Tasneem. The Aljareh family has been with us for a year now and we’ve finally got a chance to celebrate with them. It was a fun time for them to meet the girls for the first time and a wonderful time of connecting and us in ministry together as a family. Our refugee home team gave them a celebratory gift to mark their 1 year milestone of settling into to the US. We got Othman (the father) a parting gift to start his new business, Batool (the mom) Joann’s gift card as she has started a tailoring business, Tasneem (1st daughter) a camera card to kickstart her new art business, Sena (2nd daughter) a small scholarship for her books and school, and Raghad (the youngest) a Yogurtland gift card. We pray and hope they will come to know the Gospel someday.I’ve attached a video below to give you a better glimpse of the family you’ve helped us assist. This video was made by Tasneem with some of the camera equipment that you have gifted us!

Here are quick family picture updates in this past month!
If you would like to take part in blessing our baby girls, here is the gift registry that Reagan put together:
Thank you for your faithful giving and support. We definitely can't do this work without you all!
In Christ,
David, Reagan, Judah, Ezra, Joy, and Evy
How About You?
